  • Client had a lack of accountability among key managers preventing the company to get to the next level. Created and conducted a climate survey among the key managers to measure attitudes. Recommended that company create a flow chart beginning from sales bid all the way through to order delivery and payment in order to clarify responsibilities, hand-offs, and consequences for non-performance.
